High Court granted leave and interim injunction for judicial review challenging the phone searching warrant
We represented Mr Martin Lee Chu-ming , Albert Ho Chun-yan, Au Nok-hin, Sin Chung-kai and Yeung Sum and obtained leave and interim injunction from Hon Mr Justice Coleman on 4 July 2020 following an emergency hearing for the application of judicial review challenging the phone search warrant obtained by the police force issued by the Magistrate on 26 June 2020, concerning the wide scope of the warrant and unnecessity for police to search the phones after finishing the investigation.
