Rolled-up hearing of judicial review on HKEAA’s decision will be heard on 2 and 3 July 2020
We represent the Applicant in the judicial review upon HKEAA’s decision to cancel one of the HKDSE questions this year in History Paper I. The expedited rolled-up hearing i.e. i) application for leave to apply for judicial review and ii) the substantive application for judicial review will be heard on 2 and 3 July 2020.
