PRIVATE PRACTICE
Graduated with an overall distinction in the GDL/CPE program and having completed a Master Degree in Human Rights, Michelle was qualified as a solicitor in 2010. She has extensive experience in civil litigation and handled cases involving shareholder dispute, land dispute, contractual dispute, defamation, discrimination, contested probate, divorce and personal injuries. Michelle is also an experienced criminal lawyer. She became a prosecutor on fiat since 2015 and was briefed to prosecute criminal cases in the Magistrates’ Courts from time to time.
LAW TEACHING
Since November 2013, Michelle became a part time law lecturer at HKU SPACE, teaching the law of evidence, torts, civil procedure, family law and matrimonial proceedings.
RISK MANAGEMENT EDUCATION (RME)
In 2019, Michelle was appointed by the Hong Kong Academy of Law as a part-time RME course tutor and she teaches various RME courses designed for trainee solicitors and qualified solicitors.
